The Positive Intelligence app is the mental gym, the place you build your mental muscle and track your progress. Each weekday for 6 weeks there is an area of focus followed by three, 2-minute prompted exercises throughout the day. Track your daily progress. ENRICH LEARNING IN SMALL GROUP EXCHANGE
